Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return your purchase under the conditions outlined below for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.


You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you have an RMA number, securely package your item in its original packaging.

  3. Send your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.


Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Allow at least five (5) business days for your return to be processed. Credit will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
